Position Title:   Full time Consultants and Contractors, North America

Qualifications and Experience
 Full time Consultants must reside in Houston, Texas.  Employee position with benefits.
 Minimum four years consulting experience related to performance management, safety and/or organizational development.
 Proven experience in Business Development and Client Account Management.
 Excellent communication skills (written, interpersonal, presentation, consultative, facilitation).
 Previous experience in Safety Consulting and Training in energy-related industries a plus.
 Willing to travel 80% of time, mostly domestic but some international may be required.

Consulting
 Identifies and develops solutions for client needs using a range of skills including listening, creative thinking, negotiation and research. Manages client relationships and understands their needs at a strategic level.
 Consults with clients and internal partners to understand business opportunities and clarify project scope related to project implementation.

Interpersonal Skills / Communication
 Builds constructive and effective relationships with team members and internal and external customers.  
 Demonstrates strong and effective presentation skills.
 Develops and communicates proposals, concepts and reports in a timely manner.
 High level writing skills required.
 Strong capabilities in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express and Microsoft Project

Business Development
 Maintains a needs based / solutions driven mentality around clients needs.
 Actively contributes to the marketing of the total C&T offerings across the region.
 Follows a planned approach to sales to meet performance measures and generate new customers, new organizations and new market segments.

Decision Making and Problem Solving
 Solves problems, shares information, works towards goals and builds morale among team members.

Project Management
 Collaborates with cross-functional project teams consisting of SME, consultants, support services, and clients.
 Ensures quality standards are achieved globally through collaboration, coaching, project management and other activities.
