2012 TERA CONFERENCE
C.H.A.N.G.E.S
Our keynote speaker, Elliott Sean Pervinich, will discuss the foundational elements of successful team building exercises and how these same elements translate into the business or corporate model. He will discuss key points of C.H.A.N.G.E.S., and will incorporate activities to demonstrate each element.
Elliott Pervinich is a creative, dynamic and motivating facilitator for groups of all shapes and sizes. A talented leader, he has a passion for people, the outdoors and life. It is this passion that translates into his field of expertise—coordinating and facilitating team building experiences. The inspiration Elliott transmits in his field has both personal and professional applications that are valuable and unforgettable.
After growing up in Florida, he attended the Florida State University where he served as a facilitator for the FSU Challenge Program. He then accepted his current position as Challenge Course Coordinator for the City of Georgetown, Texas. Throughout his career, he has led in excess of 500 programs with more than 11,000 participants. His expertise in team building activities is sought by corporate executives, paramilitary organizations, churches, schools, athletics teams, and a variety of other clients. His focus is to promote individual and group awareness to overcome limitations. The City’s program, under Elliott’s leadership, was recognized by TERA as the 2010 Program of the Year.
Elliott’s hobbies include cycling, rock climbing, kayaking and coffee drinking. Elliott earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Recreation and Leisure, with an emphasis in Outdoor Recreation, from the Florida State University. He has served for the past three years as the Challenge Course Coordinator for the City of Georgetown, Texas, and is currently the Vice President of the Texas Experiential Resources Association, Inc. (TERA).
